Detailed proposals for the residential redevelopment of the former Foxwood School in Hythe are being prepared on behalf of Sunningdale House Developments Ltd. for approximately 150 dwellings.

The site represents a housing allocation (UA17) in the emerging Folkestone & Hythe ‘Places and Polices’ Local Plan, submitted to the Inspectorate for Examination in September 2018. A public exhibition was held on the 6th March between 2pm – 8pm in the Hythe Town Hall, at which the latest proposals under preparation were presented. Members of the consultancy and developer team were on hand to assist with any questions raised.
