Following an initial focus on selecting and drafting proposed housing site allocations and associated planning policies, Austin also assessed the development potential and deliverability of numerous site allocations and town centre sites as part of the emerging Town Centre Strategy, including giving supporting evidence to the Local Plan Examination. More latterly, Austin prepared a framework masterplan for a future potential Garden Community.
