BA Urban Design and Planning
Frank joined the Hume Planning team in the Spring of 2024 following the completion of a Masters Degree in Urban Design and Planning (merit) at the University of Sheffield.
Frank is assisting with a range of exciting projects involving local plan promotion and policy making as well as the preparation of applications following site assessments and research. Frank is motivated to achieve positive planning outcomes for our varied clients and is developing a growing understanding of factors that influence decision making.
Frank enjoys travel and is fluent in Spanish
